7 sets of….

Power Clean (from ground)

Front squat (seperate from the clean)

Push Press (can be in form of a thruster)

Back squat (bar lands in back from the push press)

Push Press (thruster)

*** bar cannot touch the ground during a round – except during the power clean – each time it touches the ground = 5 burpees **

Start light, add wt each round (5 – 10 lbs) till round 5 is your max – you’ll find it !!!
