What was the WOD?
We were going to do tire flips but it was raining; we would have been covered in mud head to toe. So we did fight club instead: 20 mns, 3 stations, 90 seconds of work: 30 seconds jab/kicks, 30 seconds squats, 30 secs abs. Rest 1 min. S’good!
NICE!! We have tires to flip?!
This might call for a trip to home depot for some sledge hammers..
We do now! I’ve been working hard on my $h*tlist of deserving honorees for which I will be unleashing my rage unto that poor tire. I can’t wait! If only we could time it to a PMS day…
