Our fundamentals course will prepare you to join our regular group classes with the confidence of a solid understanding of the mechanics and form for the major lifts and functional movements used in CrossFit workouts. You will spend three one-hour long sessions working closely with a coach in a small group environment learning the 9 foundational movements and participating in a short but intense workout at the end of each session. Once completed, students are invited the join the main group classes and are encouraged to scale their workouts according to the scalings provided to ensure a high level of intensity without being overwhelmed OR overworked.
How much does it cost?
Our fundamentals course costs $100 which includes 6 classes to prepare you for the fundamental movements, lifts, and expectations we have in the gym. Memberships begin at $125/mo. thereafter, and 10 class punch cards run $150. It all works out to about $10 per session or less if you attend 3+ days a week. Dues are charged monthly, automatically.
We do ask that our athletes commit to a minimum of 3 months at 2-3 days a week. In reality, most people who are serious about joining a CrossFit gym you didn’t even consider anything less. If you cannot make the commitment we ask that you please don’t sign-up for our fundamentals courses until you are ready. Our coaches make an investment in our athletes, and we expect the same in return. Fitness truly is a life long endeavor, we want you here for the long haul.

Why 3 days a week? Why a commitment?
We recommend a minimum of 3 days a week attendance for the best results. That’s really the minimum. Ideally you should be working out 4-5 times a week while also maintaining a relatively active lifestyle. Running, biking, swimming, playing sports etc. to keep active outside the gym is strongly encouraged. What’s the point of being fit if you don’t use it?!
We ask for a commitment on the part of new members to discourage those who will not stick around for the long haul. We as coaches make a committment to our clients, we only ask the same in return. After all it takes way more than three months to get in the best shape of your life, but you’ll be amazed at the difference three months can make!
We also offer private personal training and sport specific training designed to help you break through plateaus and maximize your performance!
